Nexans launches compact ODF for 288 fiber connections

We're updating our ODF lineup with a brand-new, compact ODF for up to 288 connections. This innovation is perfect for you if rack space is getting tight but you still want to expand on existing infrastructure - or if you’re just starting out with a new system. With its lower height and reduced depth, it offers an ideal solution to save space, no matter the scale of your project.

Nexans’ new ODF is a complete system for all your fiber connections between active units. You can buy it as a standalone system or, for even greater convenience, pre-terminated. To simplify installation, we’ve equipped the ODF with a numbered front panel that tilts for easy access from the protective cover. So, no more hassles of removing, setting aside, and (we get it!) forgetting to put the front back on.

1.5U 288 fibers and a standard 19-inch width mean our new ODF fits most racks on the market. That gives you both flexibility and future-proofing in one! Developed in the fiber hub Grimsås, of course.
