Thank you, Höstforum! (and three trends in fiber)

The touring of the The Swedish Local Fibre Alliance (SSNF) Autumn Forum for 2023 is now over. Three regional two-day conferences were held during the fall in the geographical focus areas of Norrland, Svealand, and Götaland. Naturally, Nexans was present at all three locations: Umeå, Västerås and Helsingborg. All locations set participant records, contributing to many excellent seminars and interesting conversations between suppliers and customers.

Three trends we observed this year:

Focus on security.

The state of the world affects down to the fiber level.

Sustainability.

Another topic in time. Nexans' sustainability efforts and local production garnered significant interest.

Strengthened networks.

Many city networks have made progress in completing their networks but are discovering that reinforcements are needed for an increasingly connected world.

Autumn Forum is organized by SSNF, whose vision Nexans shares: the common infrastructure of city networks enables a secure digitized Sweden for everyone and everything. It is a successful broadband model, celebrated internationally.
