Description
Description
The "N3S Splice Frame 1800 mm" facilitates the splicing of optical fibres. The splice frame has been designed for use with the N3S high density optical fibre system, in combination with the "N3S Patch Frame 1800", but can also be used for splices in other solutions.
The frame can take eight splice modules, each of which can handle 768 fibre ribbon cable splices, making a total of 6144 splices per frame. If single-fibre cables are used, the frame can take 3072 splices. Accessories include splice modules, doors, cable ladders and cable clamps, see N3S Accessories.
