Fan-out used for splicing against optical fibers in subracks and outlets. The fan-out is preconnected with two SC connectors with UPC performance and two SC/APC connectors with APC performance in one end. Ribbon fibres are used. Both the fiber- and ribbon part is protected with PA tubes.
