The future workplace - what will it look like?

  • What do younger generations dream of?
  • How do they want to work?
  • Are values ​​more important to them than to older generations?

    How should we shape the workplaces of the future in order to be an attractive employer? And what expectations do we have of each other as employers and employees? Based on the newly released report Youth Focus 2023, an annual survey of 15-29-year-olds' lives, future dreams, driving forces and working life values, we discuss the workplace of the future from the perspective of young people.
